1. Sponsor and Prize Details

    • Sponsor: Always Epic Vacations by Dream Vacations (hereinafter, “Sponsor”).

    • Prize: One (1) $500 USD Norwegian Cruise Line CruiseFirst Certificate (Approximate Retail Value: $500.00 USD).

    • Winner Responsibilities: The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, and all other costs associated with booking the cruise above the $500 certificate value.

    • Disclosures: The Sponsor is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes made by Norwegian Cruise Line.

2. Entry Period

The Contest begins at [Start Time] ET on [Start Date] and ends at [End Time] ET on [End Date] (the "Entry Period").

3. Eligibility

    • Age and Residency: This Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.

    • Exclusions: Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Always Epic Vacations by Dream Vacations, Dream Vacations, or Norwegian Cruise Line, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

To enter, participants must complete the "Where Should I Go Next?" Quiz located at [Link to Quiz/Entry Page] during the Entry Period. Upon successful completion and submission of the required contact information, the participant will receive one (1) automatic entry into the random drawing.

5. Winner Selection and Odds of Winning

    • Selection Method: The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be held on or about [Date of Drawing] at the Sponsor's principal place of business.

    • Notification: The potential winner will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the drawing.

    • Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

6. Mandatory Prize Restrictions (NCL Certificate Terms)

The prize is subject to all terms and conditions imposed by Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL). By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the following mandatory usage restrictions:

    • The certificate must be used to book a new Norwegian Cruise Line reservation.

    • The sailing must be for six (6) days or longer.

    • The cruise travel must be fully completed by September 21, 2026.

    • The certificate has no cash value and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.

    • It is subject to the additional CruiseFirst Certificate Terms which are avaible from the Sponsor.

7. General Conditions

Entry into the sweepstakes constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Failure to comply with any of these Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
